2. We will place a temporary hold for the dates you have requested.
3. To secure your booking, we will require a signed terms and conditions form and a deposit of 50% of your booking fee within two weeeks of the initial enquiry.
You can pay by credit card, Visa or Mastercard (5% surcharge applies) a bank transfer - (UK or International) or by cheque/bankers draft

(Final payment is due 50 days before arrival date)
4. Once your booking is confirmed and deposit recieved, we will send you a confirmation package by email with local information and contract. We will also send you a preference sheet to fill in. This is to help us customise the menu to everyone's taste (if you have selected the inclusive option) Please supply as much information as possible in order to assist us.
We will also require all the parties names, address and one contact person at home, plus arrival and departure details.
No portion of the fee paid herein is refundable unless the client provides Octopus Ltd at least 100 days written notice prior to the start date of their vacation, of their intention to cancel.
There will be a cancellation fee of 20% of the vacation fee in the event of a refund regardless. Travel insurance can be purchased to protect your party from any unforseen circumstances.
Cancellation by Us - If the Villa or the Yacht become unavailable due to unforseen circumstances, we will offer you alternative dates or cancel the booking and you will receive a full refund. We can not accept responsibility where we are forced to change or cancel your holiday due to Force Majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems, closure or congestion of airports, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control.
