The Octopus staff are able to provide the highest levels of service, as we are available on call 24 hours a day.
With the services that we offer, we feel it is important to be available on demand for our guests.
Whether you wish to do watersports on the beach, go sailing, take advantage of babysitting facilities, enjoy a spa treatment or any other service that we offer, we are available to do these for you immediately, which is part of the Octopus concept.
Although ultimately, we do understand the need for our guests privacy and space.
The staff are seen at set times for cleaning and maintenance or if other activities are requested and arranged by the guests. At other times, the guests are left to enjoy their vacation.
